About Paige McQuillan

I approach therapy with a holistic view of wellness, recognizing how our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, environment, and physical health all connect. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or especially alone, I offer a warm, judgment-free therapeutic space where you feel empowered to explore your story at your own pace. Therapy with me will be a collaborative process where your goals, values, and voice are always at the center. We’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, untangle thoughts that keep looping, and build practical strategies for you to feel more connected to yourself.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University. My clinical experience spans outpatient therapy, psychiatric hospitals, disability services, employment support, and various non-profits, giving me a broad and culturally sensitive perspective on mental health and wellbeing.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outside enjoying nature—whether it’s on the water, snow skiing, walking, or simply breathing in some fresh air. I love reality TV, the WNBA, reading, searching for treasures at thrift stores, and spending quality time with family and friends. These moments help me stay centered and bring an authentic, down-to-earth approach to how I support those I work with.
